About the album
This album promotes relaxation through sound. It leverages the 40Hz frequency to influence the thalamus in the brain. Numerous scientific studies have demonstrated that 40Hz balances brain waves via the thalamus, inducing a sense of tranquility in the listener.
Sound method
To artificially generate a 40Hz frequency within the brain, I have employed wide binaural sounds. This technique involves panning two distinct frequencies, one to the left and one to the right. The brain then synthesizes a third frequency.
